How to Order Personalised Items
Ordering Your Personalised Equestrian Gifts
We're delighted to create a unique, personalised gift just for you! Here's how our ordering process works:
Step 1: Choose Your Product
Browse our range of premium personalised equestrian gifts including mugs, notebooks, stable signs, mouse mats, and festive items. Each product can be customised with your choice of design.
Step 2: Select Your Personalisation Options
On each product page, you'll find request boxes where you can specify all your personalisation preferences. Here are your options:
Photo Design Options
Choose how you'd like your photo to be presented:
- Original Photo - Your photo as uploaded, perfect for capturing the full scene
- Background Removed - We'll remove the background from your photo, leaving just the subject (ideal for a clean, professional look)
- AI Cartoon Version - We'll create a fun cartoon illustration based on your photo using AI technology
Photo Requirements:
- Use high-resolution images - this ensures a crisp, professional finish
- Avoid photos with dark backgrounds - lighter backgrounds work best for our printing process
- Choose images with good lighting and clear subjects
Text Styles - Choose Your Font
- Arial - Clean & modern
- Georgia - Elegant & traditional
- Brush Script - Personal & handwritten feel
- Impact - Bold statement
- Montserrat - Contemporary premium
All fonts are available in the colour of your choice, with an optional contrasting colour outline available.
Background Options
Solid Coloured Backgrounds:
Popular colour choices include Red, Orange, Yellow, Pink, Purple, Blue, Green, Teal, and White. You can also request other colours or variations - just let us know your preference! Please note that dark colours are not recommended as they don't work as well with our printing process.
Themed Backgrounds:
You can request a themed background to match your vision! Simply describe what you imagine in the request box on the product page (e.g., floral, horseshoes, stars, seasonal themes, etc.), and we'll create a proof based on your guidance.
Step 3: Complete Your Order
Once you've specified all your personalisation details in the request boxes on the product page - including your photo design option, chosen font, background preference, text, and any special requests - add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment.
Step 4: Proof Approval - Important!
This is a crucial step to ensure your item is perfect:
- Within 1-2 business days, you'll receive an email with a digital proof of your personalised item
- Please review the proof carefully - check spelling, font, colours, and overall design
- Approve the proof via the link in your email, or request changes if needed
- We cannot proceed with production until you approve your proof
Step 5: Production & Dispatch
Once you've approved your proof, we'll begin production. Your item will be carefully crafted to our premium standards and dispatched according to our current production timeline.
